FedEx and ServiceNow have expanded their partnership by introducing an AI-driven solution for supply chains at the ‘Knowledge 2026′ AI conference in Las Vegas. This new collaboration aims to optimize workflows and enhance customer experiences through sophisticated AI automation. The project integrates FedEx Dataworks’ logistics intelligence into the ServiceNow Source-to-Pay platform, ensuring robust value chains. Bill McDermott, Chairman and CEO of ServiceNow, highlighted the importance of transforming supply chains in today’s fast-paced environment. FedEx’s vast global network generates over two petabytes of data daily, as noted by Raj Subramaniam, CEO of FedEx Corporation. The companies are focused on improving customer workflows and boosting supply chain efficiency. ServiceNow also introduced new data features to tackle data fragmentation, enhancing enterprise intelligence and AI-driven workflows.
