This move aims to position Flightscape for its next growth phase while allowing CAE to concentrate on its core simulation and training capabilities for long-term value creation. Flightscape is a rapidly growing, cloud-native SaaS platform that enhances the aviation ecosystem with advanced planning, operations control, and decision-support solutions. It is supported by a team of over 600 professionals across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Meanwhile, CAE shares saw a 1.50% rise in pre-market trading on the New York Stock Exchange, reaching $27.36.
