Samsung Electronics has surpassed Apple in U.S. smartphone customer satisfaction, earning the top spot with 81 points according to a recent survey. Apple’s score dropped slightly to 80 points, placing it second. The success of Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S series and other premium models is credited with this achievement, alongside the company’s advanced AI features, which are rated as highly as traditional smartphone functions like calling and messaging. Samsung’s flagship models scored 84 points among new users, outpacing Apple’s iPhone and Google’s flagship devices. Additionally, Samsung’s mobile AI performance received an impressive score of 85 points, highlighting its role in enhancing user convenience. Battery life satisfaction also improved, demonstrating Samsung’s focus on both reliability and innovation in its devices.
