Can Atlanta’s MARTA Breeze Card Now Be Added to Apple Wallet?

Commuters in Atlanta, Georgia, can now add their MARTA Breeze Card to the Apple Wallet app, enabling fare payments using an iPhone or Apple Watch at train stations and on buses. To set up the Breeze Card in Apple Wallet, users should open the app, tap the plus sign, select Transit Card, and choose Breeze Card from the list, following the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. Funds can be added directly within the app, offering both pay-per-ride and discounted multi-ride passes. The Express Mode feature allows users to pay by simply holding their device near a payment reader, without unlocking it, and it remains functional for up to five hours after the device’s battery is depleted. While the Breeze Card has been available in Google Wallet and Samsung Wallet since earlier this month, support for Apple Wallet has just been introduced.
