Has Harmony raised $34M for its AI-powered employee support platform?

Headline: Harmony raises $34M seed to automate internal employee support with AI

Harmony has closed a $34 million seed round to accelerate development of an AI platform designed to automate employee-facing support across large enterprises — from IT and HR to finance, procurement and legal. The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.

Key details
– Lead investor: Lightspeed Venture Partners. Other participants include Hitachi Ventures, Fin Capital, Mercer Ventures, Operator Partners and several tech executives (including founders of Wiz and Ofir Ehrlich of Eon.io).
– Founders: Nitzan Shapira and Ran Ribenzaft, co‑creators of Epsagon (acquired by Cisco for roughly $500M).
– Product: a conversational AI interface that integrates with Slack and Microsoft Teams and connects to existing enterprise systems.
– Differentiator: Harmony leverages organizational context — roles, permissions, history and policies — to personalize and automate administrative workflows.
– Out of the box: more than 100 prebuilt AI agents; deployments can be completed in days.
– Early customers cited: n8n, eToro, Cyera, KITH.

Reported customer outcomes
– Automation of nearly 50% of routine requests within two weeks; in some cases exceeding 75% automation after three months.
– Function-specific deflection rates reported by Harmony: HR 68%, procurement 58%, DevOps 47%, cybersecurity 42%, finance 36%.
– User adoption above 80% in select deployments.

Use of funds
Harmony plans to invest the capital in product development, hiring, expanding integrations and broadening the platform’s scope into infrastructure operations, enterprise applications, cybersecurity and ERP.

Why it matters
As enterprises adopt more point solutions and employee support requests proliferate, platforms that combine conversational UX with deep organizational context can reduce ticket volume, speed resolution and increase end‑user adoption. Harmony’s fast deployments and extensive library of prebuilt agents position it to compete in the emerging space of AI-first internal support tooling.
