RevaTerra closed an oversubscribed $1.265 million seed financing round on August 11, 2026, led by BlueLake.vc through its BL.vc Deep Tech and BlueLake Syndications vehicles, joined by a group of private investors. The company was founded in 2025 and is based in Newnan, Georgia.
RevaTerra’s patent-pending Arcana technology upgrades forestry and agricultural residues into dense, high-performance “white pellets” designed to run through existing pellet-manufacturing and power-generation equipment without costly retrofits. The company is targeting industrial energy users and materials producers, particularly coal-fired power plants under pressure to shift to lower-carbon feedstocks, across North America, Europe, and Asia. Rather than applying a single formula to every input, RevaTerra pairs advanced biomass characterization with machine learning to tune each batch to its specific feedstock. The seed round closed following commercial-scale production trials on existing pellet-manufacturing equipment, along with independent testing that the company says showed strong results for energy density, durability, and handling.
RevaTerra’s Arcana technology and market focus

Fellow BlueLake.vc partner Chris Cesareo added that RevaTerra’s ability to improve performance through existing manufacturing and energy infrastructure “gives the company a compelling path to scale.”
Funding use and next steps
RevaTerra plans to use the proceeds to advance product development, expand its technical and commercial team, and build new manufacturing partnerships. The company previously participated in Georgia Tech’s ATDC Accelerate Program in December 2025.
