Samsung has begun rolling out the August 2026 security update for the Galaxy S25 series more widely, expanding availability beyond South Korea to Europe and India. The update applies to the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra.

The new firmware carries version S93xBXXSCCZH1 and includes the August 2026 security patch, which fixes dozens of security vulnerabilities. The update file is larger than 500MB, with the exact download size varying slightly between models in the series. The release was first made available in South Korea last week and is now expanding to several other countries worldwide.
