Connie Milonakis will appear on the panel “Two speeds, one deal: Working across the AI adoption gap,” addressing how firms can use AI maturity as leverage in fee and scope conversations and how to shape protocols that enable collaboration across differing levels of AI adoption.
She will also co-lead the roundtable “Human in the loop (or not): Governance standards for autonomous AI decision-making,” where participants will discuss frameworks for embedding legal checkpoints into product and engineering processes and building audit trails that withstand regulatory scrutiny without creating bottlenecks that undermine the business case for automation.
Maxim Van de moortel will co-lead the roundtable “Advising the board on AI Act risk appetite.” That session will cover how to frame AI Act compliance advice for a board, document that advice so it survives later examination, and balance professional obligations with supporting the business.
