In the U.S., iPhone 18 Pro Max models show 3–4 week delivery estimates across all storage options and colors, while iPhone 18 Pro configurations generally list 2–3 week waits; however, select Apple Store locations are offering in-store pickup on launch day.
iPhone 18 Pro pickup availability
As of writing, Apple’s online stores in the United States and Canada have not been updated to reflect pickup availability, and some configurations may be in short supply with variation from state to state. In the U.K., all iPhone 18 Pro configurations have shipping estimates running into the first week of October and iPhone 18 Pro Max estimates into the second week of October, though same-day pickup remains available in many regions depending on the store.
Apple Stores in Australia, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Türkiye and the UAE are also offering same-day pickup options for customers who did not pre-order.
How to pick up an iPhone 18 Pro
To order for Apple Store pickup, add the product to your bag on Apple.com or in the Apple Store app, proceed to checkout, choose “I’ll pick it up,” enter your ZIP or postal code, select an available Apple Store location, pick a pickup date and a 15-minute check-in window, and complete payment online. A valid government-issued photo ID and the order number may be required at pickup.
Walk-in customers may find iPhone 18 Pro models available at Apple Stores with sufficient inventory, but availability cannot be guaranteed; walk-ins may be placed into a separate queue with lower priority upon arrival.
Models, pricing and key specs
The iPhone 18 Pro starts at $1,199 and the iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at $1,299—both $100 higher than their predecessors. Price increases grow with larger storage tiers: a 1TB iPhone 18 Pro costs $300 more than a 1TB iPhone 17 Pro did last year. Both phones share an OLED Super Retina XDR always-on display with ProMotion and the Dynamic Island, the A20 Pro chip, 5G connectivity, a 48‑megapixel Pro Fusion camera system, and four color options: Burgundy, Glacier Blue, Silver and Black. Both models are offered in four storage tiers, and the smaller iPhone 18 Pro now offers a 2TB option for the first time.
