TalMal has closed a Pre-Seed investment round on September 20, 2026, backed by MM Partners to expand its salary-backed flexible purchasing platform. The Saudi fintech, currently incubated at Jadah 30 under the Social Development Bank, aims to move from product development toward commercial expansion.
Founded by Thamer Faisal Al-Qaishish, TalMal develops a digital ecosystem that connects employees, employers and merchants through a unified platform to enable flexible employee purchasing and organised repayment processes for employers and merchants.
TalMal’s salary-backed purchasing platform
TalMal’s model is built around salary-backed flexible purchasing that links employees, employers and merchants on a single digital platform. The company describes the service as a way to facilitate organised repayment processes while providing employees with flexible purchase options.
Use of funds and investor support
The Pre-Seed round was backed by MM Partners, which provided capital and strategic market access to support TalMal’s transition from product development to commercial expansion. TalMal plans to use the new capital to accelerate development of its technology infrastructure, expand its network of corporate and merchant partners, and scale its user base across the Saudi market.
