Noah raises $38M seed to expand stablecoin payments

Noah has completed a $38 million seed funding round following a $16 million extension as the London-based stablecoin payments startup expands its cross-border money movement business, the company said Wednesday.

The round attracted backing from Endeit Capital, FJ Labs, LocalGlobe, Felix Capital and a group of angel investors.

Founded in 2020 by Shah Ramezani (CEO) and Thijn Lamers (co‑founder and president), Noah’s founding team includes people with backgrounds at Visa, Adyen and Onfido. Since launch the company has been developing infrastructure that uses stablecoins to facilitate cross-border payments.

Noah offers an API‑first platform that lets businesses accept local fiat currencies, convert them into stablecoins and settle payments across borders in real time. Its network covers more than 150 markets and 60 currencies, linking stablecoin settlement with domestic payment systems and reducing reliance on traditional correspondent banking chains.

The London-based fintech said its growth accelerated in 2026, adding more than 150 new customers and generating year-to-date revenue 538% higher than in the same period last year. Revenue also grew 31% month‑over‑month.

Stablecoin expansion and US plans

Noah said it will use the funding to expand international transfer services and strengthen the infrastructure connecting stablecoin settlement with local payment systems. Planned steps include expanding its regulatory presence, hiring engineering and compliance teams, and adding connections to local payment rails in its highest-volume markets. The company also plans to open a New York office as part of its US expansion.
