The upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra is rumored to introduce significant advancements over its predecessors. The smartphone is expected to feature a thinner and lighter design, with a thickness of less than 7mm and a slight reduction in weight compared to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Despite these changes, the device will maintain its display size, potentially altering its dimensions to be slightly taller and wider.
The display is set to benefit from new technologies, including CoE depolarizer technology and third-generation anti-reflective glass, enhancing clarity and brightness by minimizing reflections. Camera upgrades include the ISOCELL HP2 (2026) sensor for the primary camera, alongside a new 3x telephoto and a 5x periscope camera, both offering larger apertures for improved performance.
Charging capabilities are also expected to see a boost, with the phone supporting 60W fast charging, an upgrade from the current 45W. The device may be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset, although Samsung is also considering the Exynos 2600 for this model.
