Windows 11 users can now test version 25H2 before its official release through the Windows Insider Program. Although Microsoft plans to launch this update in a few weeks, it is already accessible as a preview via the Release Preview Channel for devices running version 24H2. Those on version 23H2 will need to upgrade to 24H2 first. To install this update, users must enroll their device in the Windows Insider Program, download the latest preview, and then opt out of the program. Caution is advised as this version is still in testing, and users may encounter issues. It’s recommended to back up data and use a secondary device. To start, enroll your PC in the Release Preview Channel through the Windows Update settings. After installation, check your system settings to ensure the update to version 25H2 is complete. Finally, opt out of the Insider Program to continue receiving stable updates once the version is officially released.
