Has DianaHR Raised a $3.7 Million Seed Round?

DianaHR, a San Francisco-based HR-as-a-service platform for small and medium-sized businesses, has successfully secured a $3.7 million seed round. The funding was led by SNR Ventures, with contributions from General Catalyst, Y Combinator, and notable unicorn founders from companies like Mercury, Twitch, and Dropbox. The company plans to use the funds to expand its engineering and operations teams, accelerate its product development, and accommodate more clients from its waitlist. Since its product launch earlier this year, DianaHR has seen its revenue double each quarter.

Described as a disruptor in the HR consultancy market, DianaHR aims to transform the industry much like Uber did with taxis. Its platform automates low-value, back-office tasks, enabling small business owners to save time and reduce costs by over 60%. Each client is assigned a human specialist who manages services and provides expertise, while most functions are automated through DianaHR’s AI platform. The service integrates seamlessly with existing HR tools like ADP, Gusto, and Rippling, allowing clients to maintain their current software.

DianaHR boasts a high customer satisfaction rate, with a net promoter score of over 90% and no client churn to date, highlighting the effectiveness of its human-in-the-loop AI approach.
