The Galaxy S26 Ultra, the most advanced model in the Galaxy S26 series, has been revealed through new renders. Fans will notice the familiar design, reminiscent of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, featuring a flat frame and rounded corners. Notably, Samsung is reintroducing a camera island on the back, a design last seen in 2021, giving it a look akin to the Galaxy S25 Edge. The device is expected to be 7.9mm thick, with the camera island protruding 4.5mm, which may cause some wobble when placed on a flat surface. The S Pen has been repositioned to the bottom left corner due to the thinner design compared to its predecessor, the S25 Ultra. While the S26 Ultra may not offer major design changes, the Galaxy S26 Edge will stand out with a camera island stretching across the top half of the phone, similar to the iPhone 17’s camera plateau.
