Easyfairs a acquis The AI Conference, un événement consacré à l’IA appliquée organisé à San Francisco. Cette opération constitue la deuxième acquisition du groupe et le quatrième événement Easyfairs aux États-Unis.
Un événement centré sur l’IA appliquée
The AI Conference, lancé en 2023, attend 5 500 participants pour l’édition 2026, programmée du Sept 31 au Oct 1. Cent vingt intervenants ont déjà été annoncés. Easyfairs rapporte que “The AI Conference focuses on applied AI: how artificial intelligence systems are built, deployed, governed and scaled in real-world environments.” L’événement s’ouvrira par Day ZERØ, une journée pré-conférence destinée aux dirigeants AI, puis proposera deux jours de programmation en cinq pistes, des keynotes, le Startup Showdown et un Innovation Hub.
Easyfairs renforce sa présence aux États-Unis
Selon Matt Benyon, CEO d’Easyfairs, “This is our second acquisition and fourth event in the USA, fully aligned with our strategy of building a high-growth position in the United States through launches in niche industry sectors and the acquisition of established top-quality events.” Cette acquisition suit d’autres mouvements récents : le lancement de Coiltech North America en juin 2025, l’acquisition de l’Energy Projects Conference & Expo en décembre 2025 et l’annonce, le 22 juillet, d’une édition américaine du Digital Accountancy Show prévue en mai 2027. Le 31 juillet, l’organisateur a également déclaré le lancement d’une nouvelle série de salons « all about electronic solutions » dont la première édition se tiendra en Allemagne. Easyfairs indique par ailleurs qu’elle « has further US launch and acquisition projects in the pipeline ».

The AI Conference a été conseillé sur la transaction par CapM. Easyfairs a déclaré : “We are especially excited to acquire The AI Conference.
