Brazilian proptech company Pipeimob has successfully secured a $2.8 million seed funding round, with Headline leading the investment. Previously, in July 2024, the company had raised $455,000 in a pre-seed round led by DOMO.VC. Pipeimob offers a platform that streamlines real estate transactions by integrating document automation, digital accounts, collections, and commission advances. The newly acquired funds will be directed towards expanding into the rental and property management sectors, as well as enhancing its fintech services. According to Roberto Nascimento, co-founder and CEO of Pipeimob, the decision to venture into the rental market was driven by customer demand, as the sector remains largely fragmented. Founded in 2022, Pipeimob managed to process $3 billion in gross sales value in 2024.
