LatentForce, an AI-native platform based in Bengaluru, India, specializing in large-scale enterprise code migrations and software modernization, has successfully raised $1.7 million in a Seed funding round. The investment was co-led by Ideaspring Capital and Yali Capital, both Bengaluru-based venture capital firms with a focus on early-stage “deep tech” innovations. Ideaspring Capital, established in 2016, manages over ₹250 crore (~$30M) and targets Indian startups with proprietary technology aimed at a global market. Yali Capital, founded in 2023, invests in India’s growing “deep tech” ecosystem, supporting early-stage and occasionally late-stage companies with IPO potential. LatentForce plans to utilize the funds to enhance its proprietary migration models and expand its operations both within India and internationally. Founded in 2024 by Aravind Jayendran, the company develops agentic AI systems to modernize enterprise legacy systems, employing task-specific AI models and automation to transform outdated codebases into modern architectures efficiently.
