Has legal tech startup Nyayanidhi secured $2 million in seed funding?

Bengaluru-based legal tech startup Nyayanidhi has successfully raised $2 million in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital. As courts and enterprises increasingly adopt digital tools for managing litigation and documentation, Nyayanidhi aims to streamline these processes with its AI-driven platform. Founded in 2024 by Adithya LHS, Chakshu Masagali, and Pratik Pany, the company focuses on automating drafting, translations, and filings to enhance the efficiency and transparency of India’s dispute resolution system.

With the new funding, Nyayanidhi plans to expand its network of advocate partners, enhance government integrations, and strengthen its AI capabilities as it grows its presence across more states. The funding round also saw participation from DeVC, PeerCheque, Force Ventures, and several angel investors, including Nishchay Ag, co-founder of Jar.

Nyayanidhi collaborates with advocate partners to accelerate documentation and case management through AI. The startup has conducted pilots in various High Courts and with enterprise clients, processing thousands of cases and significantly reducing turnaround times. Operating primarily within the Karnataka High Court, Nyayanidhi supports multilingual drafting and filings, addressing the challenges posed by India’s legal system, which is burdened with over 50 million pending cases.

CEO Adithya LHS emphasized that their platform is designed to bring predictability and accountability to litigation by combining data, standardized processes, and human verification of AI outputs. The company continues to focus on developing tools to tackle cost, time, and coordination challenges in India’s litigation ecosystem, as enterprises show growing interest in legal tech solutions to streamline compliance and dispute resolution workflows.
