PipeImob, a proptech platform based in Brazil, has successfully raised R$15 million in a Seed funding round aimed at digitizing and integrating the entire real estate transaction process. The funding round was led by the global venture capital firm Headline, which has a strong presence in major cities such as Berlin, Paris, São Paulo, San Francisco, and Tokyo. Headline is known for investing in technology-driven startups with the potential for international growth.
The newly acquired funds will enable PipeImob to expand into the rental and rental management market while also enhancing its financial services. Founded by Roberto Nascimento, Renato Rodrigues, and Danilo Herrero, PipeImob provides a digital platform that manages real estate transactions through a combination of Transaction Relationship Management (TRM) and integrated fintech solutions. The platform streamlines processes across the real estate lifecycle, offering features such as electronic signatures, automatic certificate issuance, digital accounts for agencies, automated billing, and commission advances.
Headquartered in São Paulo, PipeImob currently collaborates with over 300 real estate agencies, solidifying its position in the industry. The company is officially registered as PipeImob Technology Ltda, and the R$15 million was raised in a Seed round dated August 2025, with Headline as the lead investor.
