Dublin-based Bronto, a fully hosted log management platform designed for the AI era, has secured $14 million in seed funding. The investment round was led by Cercano Management, alongside Heavybit and Conviction Capital, with the goal of establishing Bronto as the leading logging platform globally. Founded by seasoned entrepreneurs Noel Ruane and Trevor Parsons, Bronto aims to address infrastructure challenges as companies increasingly adopt AI. Ruane, co-founder of Voysis, acquired by Apple, and Parsons, co-founder of LogEntries, acquired by Rapid7, emphasize the need for improved logging solutions in the face of AI-driven data demands. Bronto promises cost-effective, large-scale, and long-term data retention, essential for debugging, security, and compliance. The company plans to use the investment to enhance its market presence, building on its strong engineering foundation. With operations in Dublin and the US, Bronto prioritizes a people-first hiring approach. Investors express confidence in Bronto’s potential to redefine the logging and observability market.
