NBCo has joined the Bottle Collective, an initiative led by PulPac and PA Consulting, to push the development of Dry Molded Fiber alternatives in the beauty and personal care industries. Alvin Lim, CEO of NBCo, expressed the company’s commitment to expanding its portfolio to include both Dry and Wet fiber bottles. This collaboration aims to combine PulPac’s innovative technology with NBCo’s manufacturing expertise to enhance the potential for fiber-based bottles and promote circular packaging solutions globally. The Bottle Collective, which also includes companies like Diageo, Opella, Haleon, and Logoplaste, strives to create scalable and responsible packaging options. The beauty industry, known for its high packaging waste, stands to benefit significantly from this initiative. The Collective has already achieved milestones such as award-winning prototypes, showcasing the effectiveness of collaborative innovation in developing sustainable packaging solutions.
