RiskReady has announced a $2.5 million seed funding round at the InsureTech Connect event in New Orleans. The funds will be used to expand the company’s user base, enhance sales and operations, and introduce new features to its product line. The company aims to reach over 1 million users. The allocation of funds includes $1.25 million for user acquisition, $750,000 for sales and operations development, and $500,000 for adding new features. CEO Jason Doyle expressed excitement about expanding the user base and delivering requested features. The product roadmap includes innovative tools such as “Evac Ready” for evacuation planning, “Expense Tracker” for managing disaster-related costs, “Renewal Radar” for insurance monitoring, “Claims Coaching™” for guiding insurance claims, and “RiskRanger” for field support.
