Samsung is set to introduce at least two new foldable phones, including a tri-folding device and another model exclusive to the Chinese market. The latter, likely named the W26, will be announced on October 11. This device is expected to closely resemble the Galaxy Z Fold 7, featuring similar internal hardware such as the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, up to 16GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage. It is anticipated to launch with One UI 8.0 and offer up to seven generations of Android OS updates. The W26 may include a 6.5-inch OLED cover screen, an 8-inch foldable OLED screen, and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. It is also expected to have an IP48 rating for dust and water resistance, an Enhanced Armor Aluminum frame, and support for 25W fast wired charging and 15W wireless charging. The color options will likely be black and red, featuring a golden frame.
