VOW, an innovative AI-powered operating system designed for the expansive live experience economy, has successfully closed the initial tranche of its seed funding. The funding round, spearheaded by KB Partners, includes contributions from prominent investors in SaaS, media, entertainment, sports, and consumer innovation sectors. Notable participants include Capitalize VC, Jim Kaplan from Chasella Capital & Two Kap Ventures, Elizabeth Brooks leading Better Angels Ventures, and Alumni Ventures Sports Fund. Previous investors such as Techstars Sports and Chloe Capital also supported the venture.
Founded by experienced event producer Jennifer Brisman, VOW aims to simplify the complex landscape of event planning by integrating various tools for communications, seating, and guest coordination into a single, intelligent platform. The system is already in use by renowned brands like NBC’s Saturday Night Live and GLAAD Media. VOW envisions a future where event professionals rely on a cloud-based digital team and guests benefit from a real-time concierge service, all accessible through a simple command.
Jennifer Brisman, VOW’s CEO, highlights the current challenges faced by event professionals who often juggle multiple disconnected tools. VOW addresses this by offering a unified command center, enhanced by an intelligent assistant that operates as an integral part of the team.
