Galaxy Watch users can benefit from real-time tracking of their workout metrics, such as session duration, heart rate, and calories burned, all displayed on their device screen. The partnership offers a diverse range of workouts, including high-intensity interval training, pilates, yoga, recovery, strength, barre, and mindfulness exercises. Each month, users can access one on-demand video from each category at no extra cost, while a subscription unlocks a comprehensive library of hundreds of videos, with new content added regularly.
