One UI 8.5, Samsung’s latest software update, introduces numerous enhancements but almost compromised the camera experience on the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Initially, Samsung removed two popular camera modes, Single Take and Dual Recording, from the app’s More tab. This decision, which was later reversed, could have significantly degraded user experience. Dual Recording enables simultaneous use of two camera lenses, while Single Take captures 15-second clips, using AI to highlight the best moments. Although these features were restored, their current implementation still raises concerns.
