Younes Sekkouri, Minister of Economic Inclusion, emphasized AI’s transformative impact on the job market, urging for a supportive legal framework. Meanwhile, Leila Benali, Minister of Energy Transition, linked AI’s success to energy availability, revealing Morocco’s ambitious plans to double its non-conventional energy production. Chakib Alj, head of the CGEM, called for the swift implementation of Morocco’s AI strategy and advocated for expanding successful tech training models like the 1337 coding school to meet market demands.
