What are the top 10 biggest funding rounds of the week, led by AI?

During a shortened Fourth of July workweek, U.S. startup funding announcements were relatively subdued, except for a significant $10 billion raise by Elon Musk’s generative AI startup, xAI. The funding comprised $5 billion in strategic equity and the rest in loans and secured notes. Other notable rounds included Savvy Wealth’s $72 million Series B for AI tools in wealth management, Levelpath’s $55 million for AI-driven procurement solutions, and Terrana Biosciences’ $50 million for RNA-based agricultural products. Campfire and Field Medical each raised $35 million, focusing on enterprise software and medtech, respectively. Syntis Bio secured $33 million for developing oral therapies, while Ambrook, Emerald AI, and Gallant Therapeutics raised $26 million, $24.5 million, and $18 million in agriculture software, energy software, and animal health, respectively. Despite the holiday, significant funding rounds were also observed internationally.
