What should you know about Samsung’s The Frame TV (2026)?

In January 2026, Samsung introduced its latest version of The Frame TV, the LS03HE, at the CES event. This new model, available from April 2026 in various countries including the United States, builds upon the original concept launched in 2017, offering significant enhancements. The Frame (2026) also has a more advanced variant, The Frame Pro (2026).

Designed to function both as a television and a photo frame, The Frame (2026) continues with the aesthetic of previous models by including bezels that mimic a traditional photo frame. Samsung offers four additional bezel options—Modern Brown, Modern Teak, Modern White, and Sand Gold—to customize its appearance.

The TV is available in four sizes: 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, and 85-inch, all featuring a VA LCD panel with Quantum Dot technology, known as QLED. With a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate, it supports AMD FreeSync Premium. Its glare-free coating minimizes reflections, enhancing picture quality and giving the screen a more frame-like appearance. The TV supports HDR, HDR10+, and includes AI-powered 4K upscaling, alongside Pantone Validated ArtfulColor certification.

Audio features include two stereo speakers with a total output of 20W, supporting Dolby Atmos. It also includes Adaptive Sound Pro, Active Voice Amplifier Pro, 360 Audio, AI Sound Controller, Q-Symphony, and OTS Lite.

In terms of connectivity, The Frame LS03HE offers tri-band Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless options, and Apple AirPlay and Google Cast support. Wired connections include four HDMI 2.1 ports, one optical audio out, two USB Type-A ports, and one LAN port. The TV comes with a SolarCell Remote, which can be charged via sunlight or a USB Type-C port.

Powered by the NQ4 AI Gen2 processor and running on the Tizen Smart TV OS, Samsung promises seven years of software updates. The TV is equipped with Vision AI, offering various AI-driven features. It supports voice assistants Amazon Alexa and Samsung Bixby. Additionally, it includes the Art Store for displaying artworks, Samsung TV Plus, Samsung Health, and a range of popular streaming apps.
