Samsung has announced the launch timeline for its One UI 9 beta program, which will be available only in select regions. The beta will be accessible in Korea, Germany, India, Poland, the US, and the UK. Korea is anticipated to be the first to receive it, with the US, UK, and Germany following. India and Poland are expected to join later, though the exact order is not confirmed.
The Galaxy S26 series will be the first to access the beta, with other Galaxy devices expected to join over time. Interested Galaxy S26 users in eligible regions can apply via the Samsung Members app once registration opens, though spots will be limited.
One UI 9 introduces several new features, including enhanced Samsung Notes tools, a Creative Studio shortcut in the Contacts app, a redesigned Quick Panel, improved accessibility options, and better protection against suspicious apps.
Once the beta phase concludes, the Galaxy Z Flip 8, Galaxy Z Fold 8, and Galaxy Z Fold 8 Wide are expected to be the first devices to launch with One UI 9 pre-installed. Meanwhile, One UI 8.5 continues its rollout to more devices and regions.
