Will Samsung unveil its first Galaxy Glasses in July?

Samsung continues to innovate with new device form factors. Following the introduction of the Galaxy Z TriFold and the Galaxy XR last year, the company is gearing up to launch its first AI-powered smart glasses. The Galaxy Glasses are expected to be announced at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event, set for July 22 in London. During the same event, Samsung is also anticipated to reveal three new foldable smartphones: the Galaxy Z Flip 8, Galaxy Z Fold 8, and Galaxy Z Fold 8 Wide. Additionally, the launch of the Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 is expected. The Galaxy Glasses are rumored to operate on Android XR, featuring a 12MP camera, speakers, and microphones, although they will rely on a connected phone for processing, as they lack a built-in display.
