Chinese researchers have unveiled an open-source framework and competition platform aimed at enhancing the industrial application of artificial intelligence. As AI’s computational power and language models advance, the focus has shifted to applying these technologies in practical scenarios. At the Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University, a team has standardized human-machine interactions and feedback systems to boost efficiency in industrial applications. The initiative seeks to resolve the disparity between AI’s rapid development and its slower industrial adoption. To bridge this gap, the Real World AI framework was introduced, expanding open-source efforts to include workflow design and human interaction protocols. This framework aims to improve real-world task execution by refining how AI interacts with humans, capturing genuine feedback, and standardizing interaction protocols.
