Is the Galaxy S27 Pro Samsung’s true flagship for 2027?

As anticipation builds for the Galaxy S27 series, early leaks have begun to shed light on the hardware changes we can expect. A notable highlight is the battery capacity of the Galaxy S27 Pro, which is rumored to feature a substantial 5000 mAh battery. This marks a significant shift for Samsung, which has traditionally been conservative with battery sizes compared to its Chinese competitors. The S27 Pro is designed as a more compact version of the Ultra model, sans the S Pen, allowing for a larger battery and potentially slimmer design. Additionally, it may boast an ALoP telephoto system, enhancing image quality and zoom capabilities while optimizing internal space for larger sensors. The S27 Ultra is also expected to receive a battery boost, potentially reaching close to 6000 mAh. This focus on battery life represents a strategic move by Samsung to compete more aggressively in the smartphone market. The Galaxy S27 series is anticipated to launch in the first quarter of 2027.
