Will the Galaxy S26 FE Unleash the Full Power of the Exynos 2500?

Samsung’s Exynos 2500 chip, first introduced with the Galaxy Z Flip 7, is set to demonstrate its full capabilities in the upcoming Galaxy S26 FE. The compact design of the Z Flip 7 restricted the chip’s performance, but the S26 FE’s traditional form allows for better thermal management, enhancing the chip’s efficiency. Benchmark tests indicate a significant performance boost, with the S26 FE scoring 2,426 points in single-core and 8,004 in multi-core tests, marking improvements of 38% and 22% respectively over the Z Flip 7. The Galaxy S26 FE is expected to feature a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate, IP68 water and dust resistance, stereo speakers, and an in-display fingerprint reader. Camera capabilities include a 12MP selfie camera, a 50MP primary rear camera, a 12MP ultrawide, and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, capable of recording 4K at 60fps and 8K at 30fps.
