Samsung Art Store expands Louvre partnership, adds the Mona Lisa and 33 more works
Samsung has expanded its ongoing collaboration with the Louvre, adding 34 additional works from the museum’s collections to the Samsung Art Store—bringing the total number of Louvre pieces on the platform to 51. Newly available highlights include Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Eugène Delacroix’s Liberty Leading the People, and Jean‑Auguste‑Dominique Ingres’ La Grande Odalisque. These pieces are now accessible on eligible Samsung TVs, monitors and displays.
An extension of a 2021 agreement
This update extends the partnership first announced in 2021, when select Louvre works were made available for Samsung’s Frame TVs. The latest move broadens access, making a larger selection of the museum’s holdings viewable on other compatible Samsung screens.
Availability, catalog and institutional partners
The Samsung Art Store is available in more than 115 countries and hosts a catalog of over 5,000 works from just over 800 artists. The platform also partners with major cultural institutions including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, MoMA and the Musée d’Orsay.
User access and experience
The newly added Louvre works are immediately viewable through the Samsung Art Store on eligible devices, allowing users to display major museum pieces at home without visiting the museum. This expansion underscores how digital services are increasingly used to bring classic art to broader audiences via everyday consumer hardware.
