Apple Arcade will add two new puzzle games on September 3: Block Blast!+ and Art of Fauna: Cozy Puzzles+. Apple announced both titles as additions to the service’s growing puzzle catalog.
Block Blast!+ is the Arcade edition of Block Blast, a chart‑topping block‑clearing puzzle game. Players fill a grid with block shapes to clear full rows and columns and pursue larger combos, and the Arcade version removes the ads present in the free‑to‑play original.
Art of Fauna: Cozy Puzzles+ is based on Art of Fauna: Cozy Puzzles, the winner of the 2025 App Store Award for Cultural Impact. The game has players reconstruct vintage‑style nature illustrations piece by piece while learning facts about the animals depicted, and it offers a text‑based alternative to the visual puzzles for players with visual or cognitive impairments.
The two new titles join an existing roster of Arcade puzzlers such as the dungeon‑crawling combat puzzler Grindstone, the pipe‑connecting puzzle Flow Free+, and the word search title Crossword Jam+. More recent additions include Everyday Puzzles: Mini Games+ and Water Sort Puzzle: Get Color+.
Apple Arcade updates and wider September additions
A number of existing Arcade games are also receiving new content in August. On August 12, puffies. adds 28 new packs, including two collections themed around Oden Tomodachi and The Knights. Starting August 20, Simon’s Cat – Blast Time will roll out 200 new levels, with 50 levels arriving each week over the course of a month. On August 26, stitch. reaches a milestone of 800 unique hoops, marked by a commemorative hoop and a new achievement.
September 3 brings further additions beyond the two puzzlers. NFL Retro Bowl ’27 gains a new Gauntlet Mode that tasks players with stringing together as many consecutive wins as possible using limited starting resources, with real NFL players and additional perks the further they progress. Coloring Games for Families+ launches with more than 3,000 activities aimed at players of all ages. Let’s Play! Oink Games+ adds nine of the developer’s board games to Arcade, supporting solo play, offline multiplayer, and online matches.
Apple Arcade is a subscription service that provides access to hundreds of games across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro. All Arcade games are free of ads and in‑app purchases. In the U.S., Apple Arcade costs $6.99 per month and is bundled with other Apple services in all Apple One plans. Apple Arcade can be accessed through the App Store and the Apple Games app.
