Samsung TV Plus has greenlit a second season of Hooligans: The ARCH Racing Project, confirming that Keanu Reeves and Gard Hollinger will return to the motorcycle racing docuseries. The renewal was announced as the six-episode show’s first season approaches its finale.
The platform introduced the original docuseries last month. The season one finale premieres Sunday, August 16, at 9PM ET on Samsung TV Plus, the company’s free ad-supported TV streaming service.
Samsung TV Plus Originals and momentum
This was the first original docuseries for Samsung TV Plus. Salek Brodsky, SVP & Global Head of Samsung TV Plus, said the series had “real momentum from day one.” The second season has been greenlit under Samsung TV Plus’s Exclusives banner, a move Samsung said reflects the company’s commitment to developing premium original content that resonates with viewers.
Samsung TV Plus also hosts additional content for motorcycle enthusiasts and recently announced the addition of the MotoAmericaTV Channel.
