Sophiie AI platform and founders
Sophiie AI, founded by Jacob Banks, Luke Kelleher and Juan Castro, builds an AI operating system aimed at replacing fragmented administrative processes for high-volume service businesses such as plumbing, electrical and HVAC providers. The platform automates lead qualification, scheduling, customer communication and invoicing to reduce administrative overhead for service operators.
The company said it will use the new capital to accelerate product development, grow its team and deepen its market presence across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The funds will also support an upcoming expansion into the United States later this year.
