HydroSight raises $5M seed to scale seabed-mapping AI

Haifa-based HydroSight has emerged from stealth and raised $5 million in a seed round led by StageOne Ventures, with participation from Vertex Ventures and HiCenter Ventures’ National Center for the Blue Economy.

Founded in late 2025 and currently employing five people, HydroSight is developing an AI platform to map and analyze the seabed.

HydroSight’s mission and market focus

The company is building a system to analyze marine survey data for ports, energy companies, telecommunications cable operators and other maritime infrastructure operators, targeting users who manage and maintain offshore and coastal assets.

The seed funding will be used to expand the team, develop the company’s AI capabilities and grow operations in Israel and internationally.
