This fall, Apple is set to introduce iOS 26, bringing exciting updates to iPhones, including a new design aesthetic called Liquid Glass. This design offers a translucent look across Apple’s operating systems, enhancing the home and lock screens. The update also focuses on quality of life improvements, such as spam filtering in Messages and a Hold Assist feature in the Phone app. While Siri’s major updates are delayed, new safety features in FaceTime and a real-time translation service are noteworthy additions. The iOS 26 public beta is available now, with the final release expected this fall, compatible with iPhones from 2019 onwards.
