Asia startup funding remained strong this week, with startups raising $534.32 million across robotics, manufacturing AI, cybersecurity, beauty commerce, procurement technology, digital health, and AI search infrastructure, led by Chinese robotics infrastructure company D‑Robotics, which secured $400 million in a Series C announced from Hong Kong.

The round attracted strategic investment from a leading global internet company, top‑tier investment institutions, and existing shareholders. The company plans to use the funding to strengthen its robotics development infrastructure and accelerate growth in the embodied AI and robotics ecosystem.

Tokyo‑based manufacturing AI company CADDi secured 17.7 billion yen (about $114 million) in Series D funding from eight new and existing investors. The round values CADDi at 182 billion yen and brings its cumulative equity funding to 36.31 billion yen. CADDi will use the capital to expand its AI‑powered manufacturing data platform across Japan and the United States.
