Mark Gurman said on his Power On podcast that he ‘heard’ Apple is ‘looking at’ the idea of a future iPhone Duo with an inner display roughly half an inch larger than the current model.
iPhone Duo display sizes now and proposed
The iPhone Duo currently features a 7.6-inch inner display and a 5.4-inch outer display.
Gurman did not specify an exact measurement for the potential increase, but said the inner panel could be somewhere in the 7.9-inch to 8.1-inch range.
He added that this would not be a separate model, and that readers should not expect an ‘iPhone Duo Max’.
