SafeVoice Nevada: Personal Data Compromised in Navigate360 Breach

Personal identification data tied to SafeVoice Nevada were compromised in a cybersecurity incident, state officials announced this week. The Nevada Department of Education and the Nevada Department of Public Safety said approximately 10 percent of SafeVoice tips submitted between November 2025 and March 2026 were affected. Officials said the exposed information included personally identifiable data and that the incident was part of a multistate breach that impacted the system’s vendor, Navigate360.

SafeVoice Nevada data and scope of breach

SafeVoice Nevada is an anonymous service that allows students to report or share information about safety threats. According to the agencies, roughly one in ten tips shared during the November 2025–March 2026 window were compromised as a result of the broader breach at Navigate360.

Contact and support

The state has established a new call center for questions about the breach. Anyone with questions can call 833-966-1754 between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
