The study introduces a dual-graph approach to analyze the market. The first graph, the Industrial Chain Graph, maps the fundamental business relationships using a static dataset, illustrating the flow of goods and services between suppliers and customers. The second graph, the Temporal Relationship Graph, dynamically captures companies with similar stock price patterns using historical data.
At the heart of this model is a Graph Neural Network (GNN) engine that processes these complex networks, capturing the “momentum spillover effect” and understanding how information and financial shocks propagate through the market.
