At the Super Vietnam 2025 tech conference, experts emphasized the importance for businesses to truly understand artificial intelligence (AI) rather than simply chasing tech trends. Held at the Ariyana Da Nang International Convention Center, the “Technology Trends and Future Investment Vision” conference highlighted that a deep comprehension of AI’s role in business operations is crucial. Experts like William H. Nguyen from Quickom and Tuan Anh Nguyen from Alpha Asimov Robotics stressed the need for businesses to design processes that integrate AI effectively, rather than replacing human roles. Khuat Thanh Tung from Nexira advised aligning AI strategies with long-term company goals to find solutions that fit a company’s capacity and culture. The panel, which included several industry leaders, discussed the importance of clear task assignments and the establishment of a robust data infrastructure for seamless AI implementation. Additionally, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Dinh Thuc and Dr. Nam Ngo highlighted the need for standardized and secure data mechanisms to protect privacy in AI and blockchain applications. The event also focused on the role of research and development (R&D) in advancing Vietnam’s technology sector, with experts advocating for strategic leadership and international integration. Businesses were warned that failing to adopt AI could lead to falling behind in a rapidly evolving market, underscoring the need for skilled personnel and innovative organizational cultures.
