Are the leaked Galaxy S25 FE colors exciting or disappointing?

The upcoming Galaxy S25 FE from Samsung has been the subject of numerous leaks, with new images revealing its full color range ahead of a potential September 19 announcement. The phone will be available in four colors: Black, Icy Blue, Navy, and White, presenting a more subdued palette compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 FE, which offered more vibrant options like Mint and Yellow. The design features aluminum sides with a silver finish and reduced bezels, maintaining a similar look to its predecessor with three rear cameras.

Rumors suggest the device will feature a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. It is expected to have an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance, stereo speakers, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone may weigh 190g, making it lighter than the previous model, and is likely to be powered by the Exynos 2400 chip, with options for 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage. The camera system will reportedly include a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.

The Galaxy S25 FE is anticipated to launch at a price similar to its predecessor, around $649.99, positioning it as a strong contender in the upper mid-range market against competitors like the Pixel 9a, iPhone 16e, OnePlus 13R, and Nothing Phone (3a) Pro. The battery is expected to be 4,900mAh, supporting 15W wireless and 45W wired charging. While the Navy color option is appealing, some may find the overall color choices too conservative, missing the vibrant yellow option from previous models.
