An AI-native government seamlessly integrates artificial intelligence into public services and administrative processes, ensuring citizen identity protection and efficient service delivery. Tzitzon emphasized the potential of AI in healthcare, suggesting it as a crucial tool for maximizing service quality without increasing tax burdens. During his last visit to India, he praised the government’s digital innovation efforts, notably a job search platform that offers real-time translation into various Indian languages. Regarding India’s regulatory environment, Tzitzon expressed confidence in the government’s commitment to AI leadership. He affirmed ServiceNow’s significant investment in India, with major operations in Hyderabad, and projected that this investment would significantly contribute to the company’s global growth.
