Samsung’s highly anticipated Unpacked event is just around the corner, and Galaxy enthusiasts have even more reason to be excited. The tech giant is set to unveil its latest range of foldable phones, including the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7. In addition, the event will showcase the new Galaxy Watch 8 series and the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2.
However, the most thrilling revelation might be reserved for the event’s finale. Rumors suggest that Samsung will introduce a tri-fold smartphone, potentially named the Galaxy G Fold. This device is expected to compete with Huawei’s Mate XT Ultimate. Although it may be announced in June, it is unlikely to hit the market before October.
Samsung has a history of surprising announcements, as seen with previous products like the Galaxy Ring and Galaxy S25 Edge, which were revealed with little prior notice and released much later. While the Galaxy G Fold could be the surprise announcement at the July Unpacked event, Samsung may not provide detailed information about the device. With only a short wait ahead, all will be revealed on July 9 at Unpacked.
