Crossroad AI, Georgia’s first international artificial intelligence conference, took place on October 3 as part of a strategic partnership between TBC and the Georgian Artificial Intelligence Association. The event brought together more than 500 AI professionals, engineers, researchers and technology leaders from Georgia and abroad to exchange knowledge and explore collaboration opportunities.
Crossroad AI program and speakers
The conference focused on the impact of artificial intelligence on the knowledge-based economy, including software development, product creation and corporate operations. The program featured around 20 international and Georgian speakers from leading AI companies and included practical workshops for managers and developers. In total, 25 invited speakers included representatives of Anthropic/Claude, Google/Gemini, YouTube, Hugging Face, ElevenLabs and Make, among others.
Tracks, topics and practical sessions
Crossroad AI ran two tracks — Builders and Applied — covering AI-powered development, AI agents, open and voice models, and the application of AI across products and business processes. Sessions combined real-world experience and lessons on how rapid AI development is changing the day-to-day work of engineers, product teams and managers.
TBC’s support and objectives
TBC, described as a leading force in technological development and innovation in Georgia, supported the conference as part of its broader commitment to technology education and the country’s AI ecosystem. The company said it contributes by facilitating the exchange of AI knowledge and expertise, supporting initiatives built around emerging technologies and investing in the development of human capital. Supporting Crossroad AI aligns with TBC’s stated aim to help create an environment where people in Georgia have access to cutting-edge AI knowledge, can develop relevant skills and can actively contribute to the country’s technological future.
